Financial Controller/Finance Manager

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this role oversees the finance functions for ION Science^® Ltd and Shawcity Ltd, managing a team of three. Responsibilities include leading month-end reporting, cash flow forecasting, budget coordination, and year-end audit preparation. The role also involves performance analysis, working capital review, insurance input, balance sheet reconciliations, team support, and driving process improvements such as expense system implementation and invoicing automation.
