ION Science Appoints Adrian Sharman as Research & Development Director

With extensive experience leading research and development teams, Adrian brings a wealth of technical expertise and a strong track record of developing innovative, commercially successful technologies.

In his new role, Adrian will oversee ION Science’s R&D function, driving the development of future products and supporting the company’s long-term innovation strategy. His appointment will help further strengthen the company’s technology pipeline and support the continued evolution of ION Science’s advanced gas detection and sensing solutions.

Adrian will work closely with the ION Science leadership team, including Managing Director Mike Hawes, Commercial Director Jason Evans, Operations Director Steve Newcomb, and Group Finance Director Nicola Howard, helping to shape the company’s future product roadmap and innovation strategy.
